Attorney John Narmont of Springfield, IL; liar, repeat offender

The state of Illinois presented John Stephen Narmont with a law license in 1967

The Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Recorded false liens against clients in order to secure his purported fees
• Prepared assignment of interest in client’s real estate that inserted clause that required payment of his purported fees w/o the client’s knowledge
• File false pleadings in two client bankruptcy matters
• Engaged in a conflict of interest by representing both the husband and wife in a divorce action

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Johnny practices with Narmont and Pisula at 209 North Bruns Lane in Springfield, Illinois.
