Attorney Charles Davidson of Little Rock; serial offender

The state of Arkansas presented Charles Darwin Davidson with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly supervise subordinate attorneys
  • Failed as partner to assure that firm’s attorneys were conducting themselves in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary cautions and one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (June 2015), Charlie practices with the Davidson Law Firm at 724 Garland in Little Rock, Arkansas.
