Attorney Regan Ebert of Chicago; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois presented Regan D. Ebert with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The Disciplinary Commission found Regan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Regan found it acceptable to alter a court discovery order in a civil case.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Regan by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Regan practices with Carl H. Ebert & Associates at 134 North LaSalle Street in Chicago, Illinois.
