Attorney Woochoon Park Hinsdale, IL; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois presented Woochoon William Park with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Woochoon guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, after his former law firm notified him that it would be filing a civil lawsuit against him and that he should not destroy any records or evidence relating to that dispute, Woochoon deliberately destroyed ninety electronic files that he knew would be damaging to his defense.

In another matter, Woochoon neglected eight client patent applications.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Woochoon by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Woochoon practices with William Park & Associates Ltd. at 930 North York Road in Hinsdale, Illinois.
