Attorney James McGehee of Stayton, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided James L. McGehee with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Drake University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Client was injured due to misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Jimmy practices at 1881 West Washington in Stayton, Oregon.
