Attorney Timothy O’Rourke of Pendleton, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Timothy O’Rourke with a law license in 1987.

The Oregon State Bar found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest involving former client
• Failed in obligations owed to client
• Acted negligently
• Misconduct resulted in actual injury to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Timmy practices with Corey Byler Rew Lorenzen & Hojem LLP at 222 SE Dorion Avenue in Pendleton, Oregon.
