Attorney Bryan Gutraj of Mundelein, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Bryan Anthony Gutraj with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The Disciplinary Commission found Bryan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Converted (stole) $508 of client funds
• Entered into improper agreement with client to limit client’s right to pursue ethics complaint against him

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Bryan practices at 700 North Lake Street in Mundelein, Illinois.
