The state of New Hampshire presented Christine A. Gordon with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from Boston University Law School.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Christy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Submitted altered medical records to trial court
  • Sent altered medical records to medical providers
  • Demanded attorney fees from adversary re: her misconduct
  • Violated or attempted to Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another 
  • Knowingly made false statement of material fact to medical providers
  • Failed to respect the rights of third persons
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Attempted to blame adversary for her misconduct

As a consequence of her misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Christy by gifting her with complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Christy practices with Wadleigh Starr & Peters PLLC in Manchester, New Hampshire.
