Attorney Heather Trapnell of El Centro, CA; ethical misfit

The state of California provided Heather Diane Trapnell with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of California Los Angeles Berkeley Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar found Heather guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Heather found it acceptable to engage in the practice of law even though her license had been suspended.

As consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Heather by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Heather is employed by the Imperial County District Attorney’s

Office in El Centro, California.
