Attorney Philip Murray of Brookeville, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Philip Raymond Murray with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly maintain trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to render full accounting regarding disputed funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Phil practices at 3328 Tanterra Circle in Brookeville, Maryland.
