Attorney Michael Lu of Rockville, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Michael Wenyue Lu with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike failed to properly advise his client, causing the client to be unable to make an informed decision concerning an admission and for relaying to opposing counsel that his client would make admission.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Mike practices with the Law Office of Michael W. Lu at 932 Hungerford Rive in Rockville, Maryland.
