Attorney Jeffrey Sakas of Atlanta; ethical misfit

The state of Georgia presented Jeffrey L. Sakas with a law license in 1973.

The Disciplinary Board found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly terminate client representation
  • Failed to take any action on client’s behalf regarding personal injury matter
  • Failed to respond to defense counsel’s discovery requests
  • Client’s lawsuit dismissed due to Jeff’s negligence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Jeff practices with the YES Law Group LLC at 500 Bishop Street in Atlanta, Georgia.
