Attorney Patrick Carron of Concord, NH; ethical dwarf

The state of New Hampshire presented Patrick M. Carron with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Pat guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deposit client funds in designated trust account
• Didn’t return client funds and files to her until after she filed ethics complaint

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Pat by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
