Attorney Daniel St. Hilaire of Concord, NH; ethical gremlin

The state of New Hampshire presented Daniel St. Hilaire with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Declined to take action to enforce client’s lawful judgment
• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Violated duty owed to clients
• Negligent in representation of clients

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Danny practices at 10 Green Street in Concord, New Hampshire.
