Attorney Frederick Iverson of College Park, MD; ethical gremlin

The District of Columbia presented Frederick D. Iverson with a law license in 1998.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Freddy wrote a letter offering his wife a job as an attorney in his firm that she submitted to her prospective employer, and acting as a professional reference for his wife in connection with her application for employment, without disclosing to the prospective employer their marital relationship, which was a material fact he knew the prospective employer did not know.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Freddy practices with the Law Office of Frederick D. Iverson at 4423 Lehigh Road in College Park, Maryland.
