Attorney Romel Ambarchyan of Glendale, CA; repeat offender      

The state of California provided Romel Ambarchyan with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Southwestern University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar found Romel guilty of the following misconduct.

Romel’s 1^stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree  

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in states he wasn’t licensed in
• Improperly agreed to seek loan modifications for clients in Florida, New York and Massachusetts
• Illegally collected advance fees for loan modification work in California in violation of California law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Romel by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Romel’s 2^ndbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree  

• Illegally collected advance fees for home loan modifications in Washington state and North Carolina
• Falsely held himself out as being eligible to practice law in other states

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Romel by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Romel practices with RA & Associates APC at 505 North Brand Blvd in Glendale, California.
