Judge Joseph Guzman of Tolleson, AZ; ethical dwarf

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Guzman guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed false certifications that he had no cases awaiting decision for more than 60 days for the purpose of collecting his salary
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to perform judicial and administrative duties competently (Moron), diligently (slacker),  and promptly
• Habitually derelict in duty to rule on matters under advisement

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Commisssion on Judicial Conduct punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Judicial Misfits in Arizona are held to a lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Joey was never criminally charged with perjury for filing false certifications in order to collect his salary.

As we speak (May 2015), Joey remains sitting as a Justice of the Peace in Tolleson, Arizona, which is located in the Phoenix area.
