Judge Thomas Kressly of Hammondsport, NY; ethical dwarf 

The state of Arkansas presented George Ellis Van Hook Jr.  with a law license in 1973 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The New York Judicial Commission found Judge Kressly guilty of the following misconduct.

• Mishandled bail bonds he received
• Circumvented required procedures for handling county funds
• Failed to act with due diligence in discharging administrative duties
• Failed to avoid the appearance of impropriety

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New York Judicial Commission punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Tommy continues to sit as a Urbana County Justice court judge in Hammondsport, New York.
