The state of New Hampshire presented James S. Clark-Dawe with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to respond to interrogatories per court rules
  • Failed to file answer to complaint on client’s behalf
  • Failed to adequately communicate with client
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Violated or attempted to Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Jimmy by gifting him with complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jimmy practices at 465 White Plains Road in Webster, New Hampshire.
