Attorney Diane Strickland of Stuart, FL; crooked loser  

The state of Florida presented Diane Lyn Strickland with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Diane guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negotiated a real estate transaction with property owner along with her then-boyfriend
• Prepared two fraudulent closing statements
• Failed to disclose all the terms of the transaction

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Diane by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Florida are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Diane was never criminally charged with fraud.
