Attorney Adam Neidenberg of Plantation, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida presented Adam Scott Neidenberg with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Hofstra University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Adam guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide client’s new attorney with copy of client’s disability file
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Client erroneously advised that appeal had been filed on time, when in fact, it was not

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Adam practices at 7067 West Broward Blvd in Plantation, Florida.
