Attorney Keith Charbonneau of Sarasota, FL; ethical dwarf  

The state of Florida presented Keith Roger Charbonneau with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Received money from aunt to purchase home
• When filling out loan application, indicated money from aunt was a gift
• After closing on home, signed note indicating money from Aunt was a loan
• Family advised Keith he needed to repay the Aunt
• Never took any steps to notify lender of the change from gift to loan re: Aunt
• Failed to list his aunt as a creditor when he filed for bankruptcy

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Keith practices is employed by SanRe Organic Skinfood at 5310 Clark Road in Sarasota, Florida.
