Attorney Kenneth Donchatz of Westerville, OH; deadbeat liar  

The state of Ohio presented Kenneth Donchatz with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The Cleveland Bar Association found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly solicited $100,000 loan from client in 2009
• Filed false document in a civil case claiming he paid a $2,181 default judgment received by a tree-trimming company
• Knowingly took advantage of a client
• Failed to advise client to seek advice from another attorney re: $100,000 loan
• Only repaid $13,000 of the $100,000 loan as of April 2015
• Failed to execute a promissory note on $100,000 loan in favor of client

In addition to the misconduct set forth above, Kenny is also the subject of federal and state liens for failing to pay $170,000 in income taxes.

The most disturbing aspect of Kenny’s conduct is the fact that he previously investigated and prosecuted charges of misconduct against lawyers while he was employed as an assistant disciplinary counsel with the Ohio Supreme Court.  After leaving that job, he began to defnd lawyers facing disciplinary charges.

These facts alone prove that the entire system of disciplining unethical and/or corrupt attorneys in Ohio is an unmitigated joke.

All that’s left now is to see what, if any punishment is meted out to Kenny by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
