Judge Roger Bradley of Ellijay, GA; racist

The state of Georgia presented Roger Earl Bradley with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Woodrow Wilson Law School.

The Judicial Qualifications Commission is currently (April 2015) investigating Judge Bradley for engaging in the following misconduct.

On March 16, 2015, Mr. Allan Duray Green appeared in Bradley’s courtroom to testify in Robert Vivian’s bond hearing after he was charged with burglary and arson. Several people who were present in the courtroom told FOX 5, that while going through the witness list, Judge Bradley asked who Green was. “That’s when the two investigators popped off, The ‘N-word, Ray [Nigger Ray].” (Chris Shaw, FOX 5)

A lieutenatnt was the first to identify Green as “Nigger Ray.” Another deputy confirmed the nickname to Judge Bradley, also calling him “Nigger-Ray.”

At the same hearing, witnesses told FOX 5 that Judge Bradley also used the “N-word” in open court. The racist slur came about while Bradley was telling a story of an old black bootlegger in the county, who went by the name “Nigger Bob.”

All that remains now is to see what punishment, if any, is meted out to Ol’ Roger for his racist comment by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court.

As we speak (April 2015), Bradley remains sitting as a Superior Court Judge in Ellijay, Georgia.
