Attorney William Paul of Duluth; liar, serial offender   

The state of Minnesota presented William D. Paul with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from William Mitchell Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer regulation found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide accountings to client
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Failed to protect client interests after being discharged

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Billy practices at 2511 East Third Street in Duluth, Minnesota.
