Attorney Fred Reiter of Minneapolis; repeat offender   

The state of Minnesota presented Fred A. Reiter with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

Freddy’s 1^stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain proper trust account records
• Falsely certified he maintained proper trust account records
• Failed to arrange for interest bearing trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Freddy’s 2^ndbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree  

• Failed to maintain monthly reconciliations of trust account
• Falsely certified he maintained proper trust account records
• Failed to pay court reporter for two depositions
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
