Attorney Kent Nyberg of Grand Rapids, MN; lying loser

The state of Minnesota presented Kent Evans Nyberg with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Kent guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to file appeal on behalf of clients
  • Failed to keep clients informed of status of legal matter
  • Knowingly made false statements to clients
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Kent practices with Kent E. Nyberg Law Office Ltd. at 20 NE Fourth Street in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
