Attorney Kenneth Tootle of Beaufort, SC; convicted tax cheat

The State of South Carolina presented Kenneth L. Tootle with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kenny pled guilty to one count of failing to make and file a South Carolina Income Tax return.

Subsequently, Kenny was sentenced to ninety day in prison. The prison sentence was suspended upon payment of a $400 fine.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Danny practices in Beaufort, South Carolina.
