Attorney Donald Smith of Anderson, SC; convicted druggie, repeater 

The State of South Carolina presented Donald Loren Smith with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Donny guilty of the following misconduct.

Donny’s 1^stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violate rules in making contact with jurors

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Donny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Donny’s 2^ndbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

In one matter, Donny was charged with trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana. Donny admitted that he was a recreational use of cocaine while licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Donny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Donny practices at 122 North Main Street in Anderson, South Carolina.
