Attorney Jeff Novatt of Naples, FL; lying loser  

The state of Florida presented Jeff Novatt with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida Bar Association found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jeff was hired by a client in regards to purchasing some condominium units. Since the client was involved in litigation involving the condominium association and some of its tenants, he instructed Jeff to not disclose his name as the interested buyer.

Rather than follow his client’s instructions, Jeff sent out twenty letters to targeted condo owners falsely stating that he represented “a national investment company that specializes in acquiring real estate and other assets that may be negatively impacted by certain factors including pending or potential litigation.”

Of course Jeff’s statement in his letter was patently false and he knew it to be false when he authored it and had it sent to the 20 condo owners.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Jeff practices with the Law Office of Jeff Novatt PA at 1415 Panther Lane in Naples, Florida.
