Attorney Wesley McLaughlin of Keauhou, HI; ethical misfit  

The state of Washington presented Wesley K. McLaughlin with a law license in 2004.

The Washington State Bar found Wes guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly disbursed funds from trust account
• Failed to reconcile trust account as required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Wes by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Wes practices with the Law Office of McLaughlin & Associates in Keauhou, Hawaii.
