Attorney Barbara Varon of Bellevue, WA; repeat offender 

The state of Washington presented Barbara Varon with a law license in 1994.

The Washington State Bar found Barb guilty of the following misconduct.

Barb’s 1^stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to provide trial judge with relevant facts that were required to be disclosed

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Barb by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) 
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Improper limiting of scope of client representation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Barb by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
