Attorney Jonathan Morrison of Port Orchard, WA; moron, repeater

The state of Washington presented Jonathan Morrison with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Seattle University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Jon guilty of the following misconduct.

Jon’s 1^stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) 
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Repeatedly failed to appear at scheduled court hearings
• Retained fees in at least three matters when he performed little work that was beneficial to his clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Jon by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon withdrawal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Jon by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
