The state of Washington presented Peter Boyd Wilburn with a law license in 2008.

The Washington State Bar found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to promptly communicate with client
• Failed to maintain time and billing records
• Failed to provide advance notice to client of removal of funds from trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
