Attorney Charles Shaw of Prescott, AZ; lying crook 

The state of Arizona presented Charles Anthony Shaw with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico Law School in Detroit.

The Arizona State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved dishonest or selfish motive
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of misconduct
• Knowingly submitted false fee affidavit to opposing counsel misrepresenting actual fees accrued and his hourly rate
• Falsely avowed in fee affidavit that hourly rate was $350 when it was $250

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Arizona are held to a lower standard of conduct then every one else, Charlie was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Charlie practices at 140 North Granite Street in Prescott, Arizona.
