Attorney Mark Heckele of Tucson; ethical misfit  

The state of Arizona presented Mark Walter Heckele with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mark found it acceptable to reveal confidential information regarding his client in a letter to opposing counsel.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Mark practices with Harlow Spanier & Heckele PLLC at 4007 East Paradise Falls Drive in Tucson, Arizona.
