Attorney Vida Florez-Warner of Yuma; repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Vida Florez-Warner with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Vermont Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Vida guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
  • Cited obsolete statues and incorrect rules in filing application for client
  • Demonstrated lack of understanding of relevant legal doctrines (Moron)
  • Failed to adequately communicate scope of representation
  • Failed to advise client basis or rate of fee client was responsible for
  • Significant errors in fee agreement rendered it at best ambiguous and at worst unintelligible

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Vida’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She was previously disciplined on more than one occasion for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Vida by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Vida practices with the Law Office of Vida Z. Florez PLLC at 150 West Court Street in Yuma, Arizona.

Warning: Vida does not carry legal malpractice insurance
