Attorney Donald Yearin of Scottsdale; lying loser

The state of Arizona presented Donald G. Yearin with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct involved selfish or dishonest motive
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Submitted false evidence, false statements, or other deceptive practices during disciplinary process (Up yours, said Donnie!)
  • Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
  • Directly communicated with wife re: divorce knowing she was represented by counsel
  • Obtained wife’s signature on settlement w/o her counsel’s knowledge
  • Did nothing to correct false statements
  • Acted unprofessionally toward wife’s attorney in personal divorce action
  • Made embarrassing or derogatory references to ex-wife and her attorney in emails

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Donnie practices with the Yearin Law Group at 8961 East Bell Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
