Attorney Eddie Pantiliat of Scottsdale; cheating loser

The state of Arizona presented Eddie A. Pantiliat with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Whittier University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct involved selfish or dishonest motive
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
  • Collected unreasonable contingent fee of $30,000 (cheater)
  • Dealt with unrepresented parties in a negligent manner

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Eddie practices with Hymson Goldstein & Pantiliat PLLC at 16427 North Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Arizona.
