Attorney Dennis O’Berry of Phoenix; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Dennis C. O’Berry with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct involved selfish or dishonest motive
  • Repeatedly transferred funds from trust account as “earned fees” before he actually received such funds from his clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Denny practices with the Phillips Law Group PC at 3101 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
