Attorney Nicomedes Suriel of Phoenix; cheating loser

The state of Arizona presented Nicomedes Suriel with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Nick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
  • Victim of misconduct vulnerable
  • Failed to communicate with client re: developments in her case
  • Failed to comply with trust account record-keeping rules
  • Charged and collected unreasonable fees (cheater)
  • Failed to advise client she may be entitled to refund of fees
  • Failed to hold client’s funds in trust account
  • Failed to account for client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Nick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Nick practices with Nicomedes E. Suriel LLC at 1430 East Indian School Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
