Attorney R.L. McNeely of Germantown, WI; lying loser  

The state of Wisconsin presented R.L. McNeely with a law license in 1995 after he graduated Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found McNeely RL guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly participated in aggregate settlement of both client’s claims and her husband’s estate w/o consulting with someone authorized by state to for the estate
• Make false statements of fact to Milwaukee County register
• Failed to disclose that settlement reached resulting in release of estate’s claims in personal injury matter
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonest, deceit and/or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished RL by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. April 2015), RL practices with Midwest Legal Center LLC at 11163 Stonewood Drive in Germantown, Wisconsin.
