Attorney Dale Nikolay of Milwaukee; moronic loser 

The state of Wisconsin presented Dale R. Nikolay with a law license in 1989 after he graduated Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Dale guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to maintain accurate trust account records
• Failed to perform required monthly account reconciliations
• Failed to accurately record disbursements from trust account
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dale!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to make appearance pursuant to a subpoena
• Failed to file unemployment insurance tax reports

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Dale practices with the Nikolay Law Offices SC at 2520 West Michael Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
