Attorney Rachel Yosha of Scottsdale; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Rachel L. Yosha with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Rachel guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Filed pleadings contradictory to her client’s testimony
  • Improperly blamed court for inaction on cases she was involved with

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Rachel by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Rachel practices with the Law Office of Rachel L. Yosha PC at 8045 East Windsor Avenue in Scottsdale, Arizona.
