Attorney Robert Billar of Phoenix; repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Robert C. Billar with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to advise client about ramifications of court’s ruling on client’s planned defense
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined on more than one occasion for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Bobby practices with the Law Offices of Robert C. Billar art 2700 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
