Attorney Edward Fitzhugh of Tempe, AZ; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Edward D. Fitzhugh with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Eddy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated numerous rules regarding trust account
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Failed to timely respond to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Eddy!)
  • Client did not authorize splitting of fees with another attorney
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Eddy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Eddy practices in the Tempe, Arizona area.

Warning:Eddy doesn’t carry legal malpractice insurance
