Attorney Thomas Walcott of Gilbert, AZ; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Thomas A. Walcott with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to obtain informed consent re: conflict of interest
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Failed to disclose information having evidentiary value to opposing counsel
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Tommy practices with the Walcott Law Firm PLLC at 2487 South Gilbert Road in Gilbert, Arizona.

Warning:Tommy doesn’t carry legal malpractice insurance
