Attorney Eric Harsey of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; ethical gremlin 

The state of Ohio presented Eric Harsey with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Akron Bar Association found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate basis for his fee to client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to consult with client re: means to utilize to accomplish client objectives
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to deposit advance fees into client trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Eric practices at 2150 Front Street in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, which is in the Akron, Ohio area.
