Solicitor Patrick Bird of New South Wales; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Patrick William Bird with a law license in 1974.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Released funds without authority to so act
• Engaged in unsatisfactory behavior

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Patty practices with McIntosh McPhillamy & Co. at 108 William Street in Bathurst, New South Wales.
