Attorney David Senseney of Denver; ethical dwarf  

The state of Colorado provided David A. Senseney with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client re: immigration matter
• Failed to communicate scope of representation to client
• Charged clients for work not explained to them or disclosed in written fee agreements

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Dave practices with Senseney & Associates PC at 4755 Paris Street in Denver, Colorado.
